Hyatt Place Hotel, Amsterdam

Avignon was given the opportunity to acquire another hotel in Amsterdam, which is excellently located in the main Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. The acquisition of the Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport Hotel was secured in an off-market transaction for €53.8m. The asset benefits from a long unexpired lease term with annual indexed rental income.
