🌍 ESG Progress: Refurbishment commenced at Sadler House, Jersey. Once complete, it is set to become the third BREEAM Excellent-rated office within the Coral Impact Property Company portfolio, marking another milestone in our commitment to enhancing assets and driving sustainability.
👋 Team News: We were delighted to welcome Robert James to Avignon Capital as Property Manager. Robert brings 10 years’ property experience, most recently across Côte Restaurant Group’s national estate, having previously worked at CBRE and Montagu Evans on the Government Property Agency’s Whitehall estate.
🏢Transactions: We successfully completed the sale of West End Quay, a prime mixed-use asset in the Paddington Basin regeneration area.
🤝 Transactions: We successfully completed the disposal of a retail asset in Bredabaan, Antwerp, as we focus our Coral Impact Property Company portfolio on value-add office opportunities.
🏢 Leasing Activity: We completed nine commercial lease events and one residential lease in the UK, reflecting continued activity across our portfolio.
