News: Awarded funding in the first Heat Network Efficiency Scheme funding round

Avignon Property Management is excited to announce that we have been awarded funding in the first Heat Network Efficiency Scheme funding round!

The Government has announced today, that 55 heat network projects will receive £13.9 million of government funding, meaning thousands of consumers will benefit from upgrades to old, inefficient heat networks, resulting in a reduction in their heating bills, improved reliability and breakdown prevention.

Our allocation of the funding will be used towards improving the Southampton Guildhall Apartments low temperature hot water system and will address inadequate heat supply to residents and flow imbalances.
