Avignon Capital has secured a property in Colchester which will be redeveloped into a luxury three-screen boutique cinema for Curzon Cinemas, the iconic UK cinema chain. The acquisition of Roman House has been agreed on a long leasehold basis. The venue in Colchester will be the first Curzon Cinema in the East of England.
