Acquisition — Avignon Capital bolsters its UK retail portfolio with two new acquisitions

Avignon Capital has added to its UK retail portfolio through the acquisition of The Courtyard, a prime retail and leisure cluster in Cheltenham, for £4.65m, and a prime retail unit in Guildford for £2.46m. Guildford and Cheltenham are two of the top retailing locations in the UK.
